Better Than Baba’s is a gourmet mobile food truck specializing in authentic handmade perogies and cabbage rolls. Available toppings can include green onions, bacon, sour cream, caramelized onions and more. Why not try a combo with cabbage rolls and kielbasa?
Chief Andrew Malitsky uses Manitoba grown potatoes, wheat and unbleached flour, Manitoba cheese, and ethically raised meat to ensure only the best ingredients are sourced in their food preparation. Available perogy flavours may include: cheddar cheese & potato, spinach & feta, and cheddar cheese,& potato,with jalapeno & bacon. Also on the menu is a dessert perogy using sour cherries and blueberries.
