On Sunday evening at approximately 8:40pm, Police received a report of a male youth at a south end residence with a weapon. The male assaulted another male by punching and hitting him with a shovel. The male also had a BB gun pistol in his possession. Police attended the area and located the male youth. Police arrested and lodged a 13yr old Brandon male youth to appear in Court on February 18th.
