BDNMB.CA is extremely pleased to announce that KYU Grill, a mobile food vendor serving Japanese fusion, will be participating in our first ever Food Truck Warz this September. KYU Grill is known in Winnipeg as the home of the HEROSHIMA, an original grilled-skewer sandwich served on a sweet bun with Japanese inspired sauces and toppings. In Winnipeg they have been named Winners of Food Truck Wars: People’s Choice Award two years in a row (2015 & 2016).
In addition to the popular HERISHIMA they offer a wide variety of street eats including: KYU corn, spring rolls, lettuce wraps, poutine and wings.
