On May 5, 2022, police received information that a 39-year-old male who was to abide by conditions not to possess a cell phone may be in breach of that order. Investigation revealed that the suspect was breaching several conditions, and that he was in possession of child sexual abuse images. He was arrested on July 15, 2022. He will appear in court on July 25, 2022 on charges of Possess Child Pornography and Fail to Comply with Release Order X3
