The investigation into the stabbing at the skateboard park at 9th Street and Princess Avenue on Thursday, September 3, is continuing. Last night at 8:10 p.m., a 21 year old female from the Brandon area was arrested in the downtown area near the skateboard park. She was recognized by patrol officers as being wanted in relation to this matter. That female has been held in custody and will appear before a Justice today, facing charges of assault and public incitement of hatred.
Police have also obtained arrest warrants for two additional individuals of no fixed address in relation to this ongoing investigation; both face charges of one count of assault and one count of public incitement of hatred.
