Brandon Police Service Media Release
Shortly after 8 pm on Saturday evening, a two vehicle accident occurred at 6th St and Rosser Ave. Officers attended and observed one of the drivers displaying signs of intoxication and recovered open liquor from the vehicle. The driver, a 31 year old from Sioux Valley, was arrested and later provided breath samples double the legal limit. He was charged with Impaired Driving and Driver over 80 mg/% and released to appear in court next week.
