BPS execute warrants from 3 different police services

Arrest Warrants

In the past 24 hours, the Brandon Police Service (BPS) arrested four individuals on outstanding Warrants for Arrest. One individual was arrested on an RCMP warrant and released on an Appearance Notice to attend court in Winnipeg on January 7, 2026. Another was arrested on a Winnipeg Police Service warrant and held for court in the morning. The remaining two individuals were arrested on BPS warrants; one was held for court in the morning, while the other was released on an Undertaking with a future court date.

Assault x2 / Failure to Comply Release Order

Following an investigation into a November 23, 2025, incident in which a 28-year-old woman was assaulted by her 30-year-old boyfriend, Brandon Police located and arrested the male on November 26, 2025. He was held in BPS detention cells and is scheduled to appear in court on the morning of November 26, 2025.
