At about 10:35 PM Thursday night, members responded to a disturbance in a residence in the 400 block 13th Street. A male, who was suffering from multiple injuries, attended to the door and advised members that his brother had jumped out of the second floor window and fled. The male was transported to hospital by ambulance for treatment of his injuries. Members observed a sawed-off shotgun and a mountain bike that had been reported stolen earlier Thursday from outside a downtown business in the residence, and those were seized. As this investigation is continuing, no further details will be released at this time.
