Impaired Driver
At 0210 hours, a 52-year-old Brandon male was stopped in the 2600 block of Victoria Avenue and showed signs of impairment. He was arrested and provided two breath samples over the legal limit. The male was charged with Impaired Driving and Drive over .08. The driver was released to appear in court later in January.
