Brandon’s Cayden Glover has been named to the U-16 (Male) Team Manitoba roster that will be competing at the 2019 WHL Cup in Calgary, Alberta later this month. The 5’11”, 162 forward is currently a member of the Brandon AAA U18 Wheat Kings. Last season he notched 66 points (47g,19a) in 36 games with the Brandon AAA Bantam Wheat Kings. Glover was then selected by the Medicine Hat Tigers in the second round of the 2019 WHL Bantam Draft.
Also named to the team were Conor Geekie, who was drafted 2nd overall by Winnipeg Ice in the 2019 WHL Bantam Draft and Tyson Zimmer, who was selected 6th overall in the same draft by the Brandon Wheat Kings.
