On Monday evening, Brandon Fire and Emergency Services along with Brandon Police Service responded to the intersection of 9th Street and Aberdeen Avenue for a car that had driven into a house.
It is unclear how the vehicle ended up lodged halfway inside of the house, and it was unclear if anyone was injured.
A police officer on scene said that engineers were going to look at the house’s structural integrity before attempting to remove the vehicle, as removing the vehicle could cause the wall of the house to collapse if it is unstable.
