Fun Time Pottery to celebrate 10-years in business

Fun Time Pottery (535 34th Street) will soon celebrate 10-years of business in Brandon. The company first opened their doors on November 18, 2009. Owner Milly McKenna tells bdnmb.ca that she decided to open Fun Time Pottery after she had attended a similar business while on a family holiday and loved it. So, she thought she would bring the concept to Brandon for others to enjoy. They offer ceramics, a clay pottery wheel, clay hand-building, board art, canvas painting, paverpol classes and fused glass classes. Fun Time Pottery is the ideal place to host birthday parties, ladies nights, kids day camps, office parties, school field trips, bridal showers, baby showers and more. "I am always challenging my own creativity and having my own business allows me to share it with others. Over the 10 years we have many many customers who have become really good friends" said Milly about owning her own business. To help celebrate 10-years in operation, Fun Time Pottery will be having specials ($10 mug day, 10% off day) running the 10 days prior to their party on the 23rd of November. On the 23rd there will be cake, coffee, a spin the wheel for discounts, and door prizes. "We are so thankful to everyone who has helped and supported us through these 10 years. Being a small business is always hard work and challenging, to continue to change and adapt to the consumer climate and to be a constant in the community.  Always grateful for customers, family, staff and friendships" continued Milly.
