By-Law No. 7458: Rezoning Property at 850 – 19th St.
Council gave first reading to By-law No. 7458 to rezone the property located at 850 – 19th St. from Residential Low Density to Commercial Neighbourhood. The rezoning would allow neighbourhood-scale commercial uses consistent with surrounding development.

By-Law No. 7452: Amend Traffic By-Law to Allow Digital Parking Payment
Council gave first reading to By-law No. 7452 to amend the City’s Traffic By-law to allow for digital parking payment options. The amendment supports introducing a digital parking option. Additional details will be shared as implementation moves forward.
