“CRIME STOPPERS WANTED” for: May 5th, 2023
The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating this person who is: “WANTED BY POLICE”: Matthew BOUTILIER FOR Assault with a Weapon, Forcible Confinement, Unlawful in a Dwelling House & Party to the Offence of Sexual Assault.
On April 29th, 2023, Matthew BOUTILIER entered his ex girlfriends residence without her permission and assaulted her with a pair of scissors. While in the residence, a male unknown to police arrived and BOUTILIER directed him to sexually assault his ex girlfriend. Police have been unable to locate and arrest BOUTILIER for his involvement. A warrant of arrest has been issued for Matthew Micheal BOUTILIER as his whereabouts are unknown at this time.

The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in solving a; Break & Enter
On May 3rd, 2023, at approximately 3:45 A.M. a male carrying a backpack, wearing a dark blue hoodie and black pants smashed the glass front door of a Brandon business, located in the 700 block of Victoria Ave East. The suspect caused damage inside the business and stole cigarettes before fleeing. The suspect was captured on video that is attached to this release.
