Breach of the Peace
On January 5th at approximately 9:51 a.m., police responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 1600 block of McTavish Avenue. A 20-year-old male family member was reported to be intoxicated by drugs and causing a disturbance. He was arrested and held in the Brandon Police Service (BPS) detention cells and will be released once sober.
Breach of Probation / Theft Under $5000
On January 5th at 11:14 a.m. police were called to a business in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue who reported that a 38-year-old female was in the store contrary to her court order not to be and was currently concealing items in her bag. Police attended the store, located the female and arrested her for Breach of Probation as well as Theft Under $5000. She was later released via Appearance Notice with a court date of March 2nd, 2026.
Breach of Probation
On January 5th at approximately 2:39 p.m., police observed two males, aged 31 and 33, arguing in the 800 block of Pacific Avenue. After being given several opportunities to leave the area, the 31-year-old male—who was bound by a No Contact Order on the other male—was arrested and charged. The male was highly intoxicated and was transported to Brandon Police Service detention cells, where he will be released via Appearance Notice once sober. A court date has been set for March 16, 2026.
Arrest Warrant
On January 5th at approximately 4:40 p.m., a traffic stop was conducted in the 1800 block of Aagaard Avenue. A 26-year-old male in the vehicle was noted and arrested on the strength of an endorsed Warrant for Arrest for Breach of Probation.
