Precision Toyota is now operating their business out of their new 29,000 square feet building located at 424-18th St. North. A few years ago, ownership decided that it was time to construct a new building as they had outgrown their current space. Construction on the new facility started in March of last year. Many factors were taken into consideration in the design of the new building including increasing the overall customer experience. The larger floor plan provides space for more cars in the showroom, additional service bays and a roomier customer lounge.
Local contractors, including 20 different trades, were hired to complete the build. As for the old building, half of the building is set to become the new detail centre while the other half will be knocked down.
