On September 5, 2018 about 11:30 AM, police attended an apartment in the 700 blk Franklin St regarding an intoxicated 20 year old male. He had consumed a large amount of alcohol and drugs. He was arrested and when searched several grams of cocaine were located on him. He was lodged for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He will be released in the morning when sober, to appear in court on November 8, 2018.
