On January 3, 2023, at approximately 10:30 am, police attended a restaurant in the 1500 block of 18th Street for a 36-year-old male who refused to pay for his breakfast. The male was given numerous opportunities to pay for the meal with negative results. The male was ultimately arrested for Fraud Food and later released to appear in court in February 2023.
