Many of their meats are smoked for up to 16 hours over hardwoods, with irresistible house-made specialty sauces and sides.
Their famous slow cooked barbecue ribs are so incredibly tender they will have you coming back for more. They will also be rocking a Pitmaster Platter consisting of pulled pork, beef brisket & choice of ½ Sausage or ¼ rack Ribs with Slaw & Potato Salad *no substitutions*.
