A new restaurant, Robyns Lechon Ltd, recently opened in Brandon at 363 1st St. The restaurant offers menu items of cuisine from the Philippines including a Lechon Belly, which is a pork belly roast where the skin is crispy on the outside with juicy fat layers wrapped around that has been stuffed with herbs and spices.
