OPA! of Greece continues their rapid expansion within Canada as the quick-service Greek restaurant is set to open a location in Brandon. The restaurant will be located at 1229-E Richmond Ave and is targeting opening in February of 2022. General Manager Cooper Hsu told bdnmb.ca the 1200 sq foot, locally owned establishment, will employ approximately ten people. OPA! of Greece opened its first location in Calgary in 1998 and they are best known for serving fresh and healthy Greek food, consisting of prepared salads, pita wraps, souvlaki plates, Opa Fries, and crispy fried calamari.
