On Saturday morning, at about 6:25 AM, a 911 call was received reporting a car in the ditch in the 4000 block Victoria Avenue East. When members attended, the female driver showed signs of impairment and she was subsequently brought back to BPS where she provided breath samples. The tests resulted in readings of a blood alcohol content of approximately one and one-half times the legal limit. The 24 year-old Carberry resident was charged with impaired driving and drive over .08, and was released to appear in court on February 21st.
