On Wednesday morning, an employee of a business in the 900 Block of Victoria Avenue reported a shirtless male was in the business causing a disturbance and stole some items. The male suspect was located in the area of the business and found to be in possession of the stolen items as well as an expandable baton concealed on his person. The suspect was also found to be bound by a Release Order with a condition to not possess any weapons. The 45-year-old male was arrested for Theft Under $5000, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Breach of Release Order. The highly intoxicated suspect was lodged at the Police Service and is scheduled to appear in Court later today.
