On January 10, 2023, members of the Organized Crime Section and Crime Suppression Section executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a residence in Brandon. During the search police located a small quantity of methamphetamine and cash. A 59-year-old male was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime (Proceeds). He was later released and is scheduled to appear in court in March 2023.
