Victor’s Bakery is a cozy little bakery located at 222 Rosser Ave in Brandon. Owner Victor and his family first opened the bakery in December of 2013. He tells bdnmb.ca that he was a baker in Honduras, prior to moving to Brandon in 2008. All of the baking is made from scratch with a heavy Latin American influence. Victor estimates that the bakery carries close to 60 different items including cookies, pastries, cakes, breads, baliadas, and a variety of desserts.
In addition to baked items, the retail space also serves as an ethnic grocery store with a selection of sauces, spices, tortilla’s, snacks, coffees, soft drinks, and more.
