At 855 am, security at a store in the 900 block of Victoria Ave reported a man entered the store and stole grocery items. The man appeared agitated as he left. A short time later, the same man returned and spray painted the side of the store and a fence. He ran away but was located by officers in the area. He was arrested and appeared for remand on Saturday afternoon on charges of Mischief to Property, Theft Under $5000 x 2 and Breach of a Release Order.
