3 males arrested allegedly found to be in Possession of Property Obtained by Crime

On Monday morning at approximately 4:45am, Police observed a truck pulling a trailer with an ATV side by side travelling east bound on Highway 110 in the area of 17th Street East. Police followed the truck to the TransCanada Highway, activated the overhead lights and the truck proceeded through the stop sign and went through the ditch and into the field on the north side of TransCanada Highway. The three occupants of the truck attempted to flee on foot, officers apprehended two of the males. The third male was apprehended by the Brandon Police Service dog.
Police arrested and released a 21yr old Silver Ridge, Mb male and a 31yr old Brandon male for Possession of Property Obtained by Crime and Theft over $5000 to appear in Court on January 21st 2019.
Police arrested and released a 16yr old Brandon male youth for Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Theft Over $5000 and Warrant of Arrest for Breach of Probation to appear in Court on January 22nd 2019.
Police recovered the following items: Polaris 700 ATV side by side, an outboard motor and a Norbert utility trailer.
