On July 10, police received a report from a group home worker stating she had been assaulted by one of the residents. The report indicated a 16 year old female had punched the staff members repeatedly in the head. At the time of report the victim indicated that she would see if the matter could be handled internally, however those efforts have reportedly been unsuccessful. The suspect in this matter is no longer living in the group home and her whereabouts are unknown at this time. As a result a warrant is being requested for the 16 year old for the charge of assault cause bodily harm.
