Vehicle vs. Pedestrian Collision

On December 7, 2022, police and BFES crews responded to a report of a truck vs. pedestrian collision at 34^th street and Victoria Ave at approximately 5:30 pm.  The 69-year-old male driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested.  He provided samples of his breath that resulted in an administrative suspension.

The 26-year-old female pedestrian received injuries, which were minor in nature, and she was taken to the hospital to have her injuries treated.
