Three arrested after residential B&E

On the evening of 2024-07-20, police responded to a residence on Kerr place as the homeowner was confronted by 2 males and 1 female that had entered the home through the unlocked door.  The 3 individuals were not known to the homeowner and had fled in a vehicle prior to police arrival.  Home video showed the suspects to be masked, with one of them being in possession of a firearm.  In the early hours of 2024-07-21, police were patrolling the 600 block of 15^th Street when two individuals were observed and noted to be matching the descriptions of the suspects from the incident on Kerr place.  A 36-year-old male and a 35-year-old female were taken into custody without incident and have been lodged at BPS to appear for court 2024-07-21 for the charges of Break and Enter, and Disguise with Intent.  Further investigation led to the 300 block of 15^th Street where police located and arrested the third suspect.  The firearm involved has been recovered by police and identified as a shotgun.  A 32-year-old male has been lodged at BPS and will appear in court 2024-07-22 for the charges of Break and Enter, Disguise with Intent, and numerous firearms charges.
