Police arrest 23-year-old male suspect following vehicle roll-over and series of collisions

On October 8^th at 5:45PM police received notice of a vehicle roll-over/accident just outside of Brandon on the #1 Highway near Chater MB. Police were advised the vehicle had rolled but landed back on its wheels and the driver continued to drive west bound and then struck several vehicles near the intersection of 1^st St. N. and Hwy #1. Police attended and arrested the noted who was intoxicated and still driving the vehicle. The 23-year-old male was transported to hospital, cleared and then held at detention cells at Brandon Police Service. Paperwork and release will occur in the morning once sober.
