Woman Charged After Unlawful Entry at West-End Residence Early Monday

Unlawfully in a Dwelling House

Early Monday morning, police were called to a west-end residence for a disturbance.  A neighbor indicated that there was noise coming from the adjoining suite and that suite should be empty.  When police arrived, they located a 20 year old female inside.  The investigation determined that she did not have lawful authority to be in the suite and was removed without incident.  She was charged for being unlawfully in a dwelling and was later released with a Court date and conditions not to attend that residence.

Intoxicated and Warrants

Over the past 24 hours, in unrelated events, 2 people were taken into custody for alcohol related incidents and 2 were located and found to be subjects of warrants.  They will be released sober or with court documents.
