Intoxicated Male Suspect Arrested After Assault on Former Partner

On July 21st at approximately 1:12 a.m., Police received a report of an assault in the 1600 block of 18th Street involving a 26-year-old male and a 21-year-old female. The individuals were previously in a relationship and known to one another. Officers attended the scene and arrested the intoxicated male. He was held in BPS detention cells and will be released once sober via Undertaking with a court date of September 29^th, 2025.

Immediate Roadside Prohibition

On July 20^th at 9:50PM a vehicle was stopped in the 600 block of Princess Avenue. Upon breath sample, the driver was charged accordingly. The vehicle was towed, and a three-day impoundment, along with a three-day driver’s licence suspension, was enforced.
