Brandon’s Calen Addison was selected in the 2nd round, 53 overall by the Pittsburgh Penguins. Addison finished second in scoring on the Lethbridge Hurricanes this past season with 65 points (11G-54A) in 68 games. He also posted 19 points in 16 games during the Hurricanes run in the playoffs this year. The 5’11”, 178-pound defensemen had been ranked 30th by NHL Central Scouting among North American players prior to the draft.
