On early morning of November 9th, a subject was seen in the 1100 blk 22nd St holding a TV monitor and stuffing items into his pants. Upon seeing police the subject fled and a short foot pursuit took place. Police apprehended the subject and the items he had in his possession were confirmed stolen. He was lodged to appear in court on charges of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Public Mischief, Breach of Probation, and FTA Court
