Grand Valley Restaurant Equipment & Supplies, a locally opened and operated company, is targeting an opening date of January 7, 2019. The store, located at 713-17th Street in Brandon, will be offering new and used restaurant grade equipment including glassware, pots & pans, work tables, refrigeration, shelving, and more. Jordan Hope said that he had the idea to open the store around six months ago as it was the next logical step to expanding their existing business (Grand Valley Mechanical). Equipment will be available for sale, or for lease, and they will be able to service/support the equipment they sell. The store will be open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or else by appointment outside of business hours. In addition to restaurants and convenience stores, the general public is also invited to stop in and pick up some restaurant grade equipment for the resident home chef in every family.
