Brandon’s Oakden (12) represents MB at MJT Nationals in Orlando

Brandon’s Hunter Oakden represented Manitoba at MJT Nationals for Pee Boys over this past weekend in Orlando.  The event was played at Orange County Nationals Crooked Cat golf course.  Both the PGA Tour Qualifying and Korn Ferry Tour Qualifying are played at Orange County National.  Hunter qualified via winning the Manitoba Order of Merit for Pee Boys this past season, where he picked up three wins.  Hurricane Nicole ended up shortening the event to two rounds instead of three.  Players from across the country were represented in various age divisions.  Hunter shot scores of 84/79 good for 9th place in Canada. In total, 11 Manitobans participated in the event.
