Break and Enter to Business – Suspect Arrested

On May 8, 2023 at approximately 4:46 am, police received a report of an alarm sounding at a business in the 100 block of 7^th street.  When police arrived, they could see an unauthorized individual inside through a window.  Members from general patrol contained the business, while a member of the Police Service Dog Unit was called to search for the suspect within the building, as it was quite large.

The 28-year-old male suspect was located in the basement and arrested.

Investigation revealed he forced his way in through a window.

The suspect was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today on charges of Break and Enter with Intent.
