Cab driver reports robbery at knifepoint in Brandon

At 0513 hrs, a taxi driver contacted 911 reported he was robbed by a man with a knife.  The driver picked up a fare on 26^th St and transported him to the 200 block of 11^th St East.  The male pulled out a small knife and held it to the drivers neck and stole approximately $200.   The suspect ran through the yard of a nearby house.  Officers responded however the suspect was not located.
