North America’s first hologram zoo to open in Brandon

Brandon based business NeXgen (formerly Just4Kidz) recently announced the launch on North America's first hologram zoo that will be coming to Brandon mid-September 2024. Located at 1608 Park Ave, NeXgen will be closed for the summer to accommodate and renovate their location for this new venture. This revolutionary attraction uses cutting-edge technology to bring the animal kingdom to life in a way you've never experienced before. The hologram zoo is an immersive world where you'll encounter stunningly realistic animals, learn about their habitats and conservation efforts, and be inspired by the beauty of nature. The virtual zoo features a variety of experiences, including many different themed environments such as African safaris, Arctic landscapes, and even prehistoric settings with dinosaurs.  This new technological innovation, aims to provide an experience that goes beyond traditional zoo visits by allowing visitors to interact with virtual animals in ways that would not be possible in real life. Owner Darcy Willey told bdnmb.ca that they have partnered with Axiom Holographics, whose Hologram Zoo has received the prestigious BEST INVENTION OF 2023 AWARD and the THOMAS EDISON AWARD for innovation and excellence in technology! In addition to being able to visit a number of zoos, guests will also be able to enjoy seasonal installations at Christmas or Halloween, where you can experience a thrilling ride on Santa's sleigh or a spooky spectacle  featuring bats, spiders, and more. Once open, they will be able to host groups up to ten and a one hour experience will cost $25 per person.
