Serge Uwimana NDAHIRWA **Alias Chris** (37 yrs)
FOR
Failing to Attend Court
In June of 2019, the accused, Serge NDAHIRWA, was charged for trafficking controlled substances and possession of stolen property.
In July 2019, he failed to attend court to deal with the charges. A warrant of arrest was issued at that time as his whereabouts was unknown. It is believed he is now back in the Brandon area. Serge is also known by the name Chris.

The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in solving a;
Mischief to Property
On February 15 and 16, 2022, police responded to reports of vandalism, which occurred overnight, and are believed to be related. Suspects spray-painted several vehicles and buildings with tags including “goonies”, “raiders”, or “MLD”. They also caused damage to windows, primarily on vehicles. Police believe suspects fired a pellet gun to break the glass. The area that the mischief was committed is quiet large, and police are aware of at least twenty-five separate cases.
The spread of the damage was as far southeast as Garwood Drive, as far southwest as the 800 block of 12th street, as far north west as Alaska Bay and as far north east as the 100 block of Lorne Ave.
