DAUPHIN’S COUNTRYFEST 2017 Kicks Off Today
June 29, 2017 (Dauphin MB) — Today is the day that Dauphin’s Countryfest kicks off for 2017. Canada’s longest running country music festival runs June 29 to July 2, with superstar names topping the bill.
“We’ve got a stellar lineup for music fans this weekend, including Luke Bryan and Keith Urban, two of Pollstar’s Top 20 touring bands of 2016,” says Eric Irwin, president of Dauphin’s Countryfest. “We’ve also got Johnny Reid, the top grossing Canadian country performer right now, our good friends Doc Walker, who are fan favourites at Countryfest, and so many other terrific bands. Dauphin is definitely the place to be this weekend, to celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday!”
