BDNMB.CA is pleased to announce we have come to terms with Keith Borkowsky to be a new contributor to our site on a monthly basis.
Keith Borkowsky is a commentator who has 10 years of experience in politics as a past member of the Manitoba Legislature Press Gallery, as well as campaign manager, political staffer, and advisor to senior politicians and municipal governments. He has earned awards for his political reporting in Saskatchewan. His printed work has appeared in many Canadian daily and weekly newspapers. Aside from experience in politics, Keith was a sports reporter for more than 10 years. In the Brandon area, he covered curling in print as well as a play-by-play commentator on television. More recently, he has worked in corporate communications, has co-written academic journal articles and reports in the education field, and is completing a Master of Arts degree in Leadership studies at Royal Roads University.
Jody Sass stated today “Keith will be very welcome to all our followers as he knows Brandon and Western Manitoba very well from his years at the Brandon Sun.”
Darryl Wolski from BDNMB.CA feels Borkowsky will surprise our followers ” You never know what you are going to get with him it could be sports or politics or current events …we welcome his vast knowledge and professionalism.”
Borkowsky is expected to submit his first article in early April 2022.
