Lemonade Stands for Hope Kicks Off This Weekend

Summer is finally back, and so are Lemonade Stands for Hope! CancerCare Manitoba Foundation invites Manitobans to visit one of the many stands hosted throughout the province from July 19 – 21 or host their own. All donations stay in Manitoba and support vital research and patient care at CancerCare Manitoba.

“There are lemonade stands happening all over the province this weekend, and we’re so happy to see the community come together in this way to raise important funds for CancerCare Manitoba,” said Sherelle Kwan, Development Manager at CancerCare Manitoba Foundation. “So many of us are touched by cancer, and this is a really simple way to give back by supporting a stand in your neighbourhood.”

It’s not too late to host a stand! Participants who register will receive all the necessary supplies to run their stand, including a complimentary starter kit, an online donation page, and promotional tools to help spread the word about their stand.

  2. Pick up your free starter kit from the Foundation at 825 Sherbrook Street
    (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)
