Male Suspect Arrested After Assaulting Employee, Fleeing on City Bus

On September 11^th at 2:37 PM, police were called to a business in the 1500 block of 18th Street following reports of a male individual acting violently towards staff and patrons. The suspect had specifically shoved one employee to the ground before fleeing the scene and boarding a city bus. The individual, who is known to police, was located and arrested a short distance south of the business. The 31-year-old male was taken into custody, held in BPS detention cells, and is scheduled to appear in court on the morning of September 12, 2025.
