Man, 47, allegedly blows nearly 3 times the legal limit

A 47 year old Brandon male has been charged with Impaired Driving.  Police received a tip of an extremely intoxicated male driving away from a local bar.  Police were able to locate the subject and he was found to be extremely intoxicated.  He provided breath samples nearly three times the legal limit.  A court appearance has been set for May 21^st.
