On January 31st, 2019, at 12:36am police attended to a residence in the 3100’ block of McDonald Ave for a disturbance. Upon arrival a 24 year old Sioux Valley man was located outside of the residence breaching his probation and recognizance orders. While police placed him under arrest he resisted their attempts. After a brief struggle he was handcuffed and found to be in possession of a knife and hatchet. He was charged accordingly and lodged at BCC for court in the morning.
