Missing man located deceased near 1st Street bridge

On December 1^st, 2019, police requested the public’s assistance in locating 62 year old Douglas Hicks. On December 3^rd, 2019, at 4:09pm police located Mr. Hicks deceased near the 1^st Street bridge. This incident is still under investigation by police and no further details will be released at this time. The police service would like to thank the public at large for their assistance with this incident.
