A new food truck/trailer, Willey’s Grub Hub is set to hit the streets of Brandon tomorrow starting at 11am. They will be setup at the Just 4 Kidz (1608 Park Ave) parking lot. Menu items include a variety of burgers, wraps, fries, poutine, mac-n-cheese, mozza sticks, home-made perogies, and a foot long hot dog. In addition to setting up at Just 4 Kidz, plans also include having the food trailer running in and around southern Manitoba at special events, fairs, & festivals. They will also be available for catering. The food trailer is being operated by Jamie Sims who has 20 plus years experience in the food industry including several years traveling in the summer fair circuit.
