Police Arrest Intoxicated Man After Threats and Disturbance at Brandon business

At 2:43 pm, Police received a call from a business in the 900 block of 18^th St North, indicating an intoxicated male was in the building and causing a disturbance and trying to fight. Investigation revealed the 41-year-old male entered the business and began making demands of the staff in relation to his order. When confronted by the store manager, the suspect made threats towards and attempted to fight the manager. The suspect sustained a minor injury which required medical treatment as a result of this altercation. The suspect was arrested for assault and uttering threats and was held in custody until sober and released on an undertaking.
